Our platform offers professional ECU file modification services, including Chiptuning, Performance Optimization, and Software Adjustments. We also provide customer support and consultation regarding our services.

3. Credit System & Payments

Services are paid using a prepaid credit system.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
Users must ensure they have enough credits before submitting a file request.
Any additional file modifications beyond the included warranty period require extra credits.

4. File Processing & Delivery

Files are processed within our operating hours.
Files uploaded outside business hours requiring manual adjustments will be processed the next working day.
Users are responsible for ensuring they upload the correct file for modification.

5. File Adjustment Guarantee

Minor adjustments to modified files are free for up to 12 hours after delivery.
Any modification requests beyond this period require additional credits.
If a provided file does not work due to an issue on our end, we will provide a correction free of charge.

6. Unauthorized Tools & Responsibilities

Files must be used with authorized tuning tools only.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by cloned or unauthorized tools.
Users must perform full diagnostics before applying modified files.

7. Liability Disclaimer

All modifications are applied at the customer’s own risk.
We take no responsibility for damages caused to ECUs or vehicles.
Users must ensure their hardware and software setup is suitable before applying our modifications.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team first at [support@fileservice-germany.com].
If no resolution is found, we may refer the case to an official dispute resolution center.
Legal disputes will be handled under German law, with the legal venue being [58840 Plettenberg, Germany].
